• Perform a site survey of where the equipment will be installed to develop a preliminary layout.
  
   
• Coordinate all samples and specs required in order for the manufacturer to further evaluate the project.
  
   
• Explain the features and benefits of the Partners that will be proposing equipment.
  
   
• Communicate user requirements to the Partners so that they can provide an accurate, competitive proposal that meets our customer’s needs.
  
   
• Follow up in a timely manner after the proposal is submitted to answer any questions and determine the next step.
  
   

• Work even harder after an order is placed to make sure the project is completed according to the timeline.
  
   

• Act as your project manager during the design, build, acceptance, and  start up phase.
  
   

• Communicate the status of the project.
  
   

• Accompany the customer to the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for continuity of communications.
  
   

• Follow up after the start up to confirm that the equipment is operating to the full satisfaction of the customer.
