Packaging for manufacturers
What you'll need
Manufacturers typically need specified cartons, pallet wrap, strong tape and protective materials in reliable bulk volumes to keep production and dispatch moving.
Manufacturers need packaging that protects finished goods through storage, palletising and distribution. Specification and reliable repeat supply matter, because packaging sits on a production line that cannot stop.
Maximum Packaging supplies core lines online and handles volume by quote. Through our UK supplier network we can source specific carton grades, pallet materials and protective packaging matched to your products and processes.

Common buyer questions
What tape is best for heavy cartons?
Use a stronger vinyl or solvent polypropylene tape for heavy or double-wall cartons, or gummed paper tape for a tamper-evident, recyclable seal.
How much pallet wrap gauge do I need?
Light loads are usually fine with 17–20 micron film; heavier or sharp-edged loads need 23 micron or above. Pre-stretched film gives similar hold with less plastic.
How do I set up regular trade supply?
Open a trade account for consistent pricing on the lines you reorder, or request a bulk quote for one-off volume. We hold some stock and source the rest to order.
Do you do custom or printed packaging?
Yes — custom-size and branded boxes, mailers, tape and food packaging are sourced to order with minimum quantities. Request a quote with your spec.
