Postal packaging supplies

Packaging built for posting: PiP boxes cut to Royal Mail Large Letter limits, mailing bags for soft goods, and the bubble wrap and tape to protect and seal. Choosing the right size keeps you on the cheaper postage rate.

For regular senders, buying postal packaging in bulk cuts the per-unit cost — ask us for a quote with your volumes.

Isometric scene of postal boxes ready for despatch

Post at the right rate

Royal Mail prices in proportion to size and weight. Keeping an item within 353 × 250 × 25mm posts it as a Large Letter rather than a Small Parcel — often a big saving. Our PiP boxes are cut to sit inside those limits.

Before you order, check

  • The internal size fits your product with room for protection
  • The pack quantity matches how fast you get through them
  • Postage banding — will it post as a Large Letter or a parcel?
  • Whether you need a stronger grade for weight or transit
  • If a recyclable or plastic-free option suits your customers

Stocked, or sourced to order

We hold the fast-moving lines and source the rest through our UK supplier network — so you get one honest point of contact whether an item is on the shelf or made to order. We don't claim stock or delivery speed we can't meet.

Common buyer questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a PiP box?
A Pricing-in-Proportion box is cut to fit within Royal Mail's Large Letter maximum of 353 × 250 × 25mm, so a qualifying item posts at the cheaper Large Letter rate.
Can I order postal packaging in bulk?
Yes — boxes, mailers and tape are all available at bulk/trade pricing. Request a quote with your quantities and we'll come back with pricing and lead time.
